ARROZ CON POLLO A LA CHORRERA

This CUBAN dish (Arroz con pollo a la chorrera) is cooked to perfection with the best cuts of meat and ingredients available in the market. I use original long grain yello rice for this dish, in addition to my special seasoning I also use cilantro, Garlic, red, green and yellow peppers and onions. I use dark meat or breast. Garnished with plantains on top and limes as well.

Reservation over two weeks in advance will need to pay a $75 none refundable deposit to hold the spot or date, The $75 will be deducted from the actual price of the service, but it will be lost if customer cancels the event. 

 

A full payment cash, credit or debit is need it 72 hours before the event.

 

Last minute reservations if "(available)" needs to be in cash no later than 48hrs before the event.
